We're Hiring: Are you a driven and motivated Software Developer?
In July 2026, we focused on repeat engagement: making each business widget installable so customers could return from their phone’s home screen and receive useful push notifications.
A customer might discover a business, ask a question, or make a purchase, then struggle to find the business again later. For many small businesses, earning that second visit is just as important as attracting the first.
In July 2026, we made each business widget installable, giving customers an app-like way to return to a business from their device. The aim was to reduce the distance between discovery and the next interaction, without requiring every business to commission and maintain a separate native app.
When customers can add a business experience to their home screen, returning becomes familiar and convenient. The business can present a more direct digital destination for product discovery, support, and repeat visits, while the underlying platform helps manage the experience.
We also focused on push notifications as a way for businesses to share relevant updates and encourage customers to return. Notifications should be useful, timely, permission-based, and easy to control. Nobody needs another app shouting into their pocket about something they never asked for.
Installability and notifications support a broader product goal: make ChatMoni useful beyond the first conversation. Discovery brings customers in; service and commerce give them reasons to engage; a convenient return path helps the relationship continue.
The voice project began with a product and business decision: explore an in-house engine to gain more control over flexibility, capacity, and long-term costs.
