In September 2025, ChatMoni’s community direction focused on transactions and real demand: pre-orders, pooled deals, buyer requests, bids, and quotes.
Social platforms are good at keeping people scrolling, but a business platform needs to do more than collect likes and comments. We wanted the community layer to be built around something more concrete: people who need something, businesses that can supply it, and a clear way for the two sides to connect.
The September 2025 concept centered on practical buying activity. Customers could express demand through buyer requests, seek quotes, compare bids, or show interest in pre-orders and group deals. Suppliers could respond to an actual need instead of hoping the right person happened to see a promotional post.
A buyer request can help describe the product or service needed, the relevant conditions, and the expected timing. Suppliers can then respond with offers or quotes. That structure can make discovery more direct and help customers compare options based on useful details rather than vague promotional claims.
Pre-orders and pooled deals can help people coordinate demand, but the terms must be explicit. Participants should understand the target, deadlines, fulfilment conditions, refund and cancellation rules, and what happens if the target is not reached. Any arrangement involving customer funds must also be structured around applicable law and the capabilities of authorized payment providers.
The idea was to make community activity commercially useful. Conversation would still matter, but it would support a clear outcome: a request answered, a quote received, a product sourced, or a purchase organized. That is a different kind of engagement from an endless feed.
