We're Hiring: Are you a driven and motivated Software Developer?
In October 2025, we focused on a simple promise for business owners: ask what happened in the business, and get a clear answer without digging through every screen.
A business dashboard can contain orders, leads, products, messages, and activity reports. But having information somewhere in a system does not mean it is easy to find. Owners are busy, and they often need a quick answer rather than another dashboard to investigate.
In October 2025, we developed the idea of ChatMoni Assistant as a helpful presence inside the business dashboard. The owner could ask practical questions in everyday language: what happened today, who placed an order, which products are getting attention, or what needs follow-up.
The goal was to make business information easier to understand. Instead of forcing owners to navigate several sections and interpret raw numbers, the assistant could summarise relevant activity and point to the next useful action. The experience should feel direct and approachable, not like operating a complex analytics console.
A useful co-pilot should eventually do more than report. It should help owners move from insight to action, subject to clear permissions and confirmation for consequential tasks. Reporting a customer’s request is one thing; sending an email or publishing a post is another. Good automation makes those boundaries obvious.
Small-business owners rarely have time to become experts in every tool they use. ChatMoni Assistant was shaped around that reality: make the business easier to understand, reduce repetitive navigation, and help the owner focus on decisions that actually need human judgement.
The July 2026 milestone made business widgets installable and added a more direct route for repeat visits and permission-based push notifications.
